Evolve Local AI

Privacy Policy

Effective date: February 13, 2026. Last updated: July 29, 2026.

Evolve Local AI (“we,” “us”) is an AI implementation services business based in Ambler, PA. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and during client projects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information collected through this website

When you use this website, we may collect:

  • Contact details you submit through forms (name, email address, phone number, business name, and your message).
  • Messages, images, feedback, and contact details you submit through the website chat widget. Conversation transcripts and quality signals may be stored for follow-up, human escalation, safety review, and assistant improvement.
  • Audio you provide to the browser voice demo, plus voice-demo transcripts shown in your browser. Audio is processed by OpenAI to generate the spoken response, and browser speech-recognition services may process your speech to display your side of the transcript. The displayed transcript may be stored when the demo ends for follow-up and quality review.
  • When you call our limited inbound phone pilot, caller information, call transcripts, summaries, transfer outcomes, and voicemail recordings or transcriptions. The automated assistant discloses its use of AI and transcription at the start of an answered AI call. If the assistant is unavailable, the voicemail prompt asks you to leave a recorded message.
  • Booking details you submit, including your selected appointment time, which are used to create a Google Calendar event and meeting link.
  • Technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. IP addresses and visitor identifiers may be converted to one-way hashes for abuse prevention.

Information collected during client projects

If you become a client, the systems we build for you may process business information you authorize us to access — for example email, calendars, customer records, documents, or point-of-sale data. What is collected depends on the tools and integrations selected for each project. We define access scope with you in writing before work begins, and we design each solution to minimize unnecessary access to client data.

How contact form information is used

Information submitted through our contact form is sent to our sales inbox and used to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, and communicate about services. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and we do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

When enabled, this website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and improve performance. Google Analytics may place cookies or use similar browser storage. The chat widget also stores a randomly generated visitor identifier in your browser so rate limits and conversation continuity work without requiring an account. You can block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings, although doing so may affect these features.

Third-party providers

We use Vercel for website hosting, Upstash for operational storage and abuse-prevention counters, Resend for email delivery, Google Calendar and Google Meet for appointment scheduling, Google Sheets for lead follow-up, Twilio for inbound phone routing and voicemail, and OpenAI or Anthropic for configured AI features. Google Analytics is used only when enabled. Browser voice-transcription behavior can also depend on your browser vendor. These providers process limited information on our behalf under their own terms and security practices. Data handling in client projects depends on the tools selected for each project; we review those tools with each client before launch.

Data retention

We retain inquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond, deliver services, and meet legal and accounting obligations, conduct quality review, and improve managed services, after which it is deleted or anonymized. This may include chat, browser voice, phone, and voicemail transcripts, quality feedback, lead summaries, appointment records, and escalation outcomes. Short-lived rate-limit and phone-capacity counters expire automatically after their applicable window. AI, telephony, email, and scheduling providers may retain request data according to their applicable service terms. You may request deletion of information we control at any time (see below).

Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at colinschleeper@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and honor requests as required by applicable law.

How information is protected

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to limit access to what each system and person actually needs.

Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
